I vacuumed this morning and mopped the bathroom and kitchen floors. My husband took my donation bag to the charity shop when he went out.

I have decided to use my husband's old computer desk as a dressing table so I bought a makeup organiser from Amazon and have rearranged my makeup, face packs, mirror etc... onto the desk this afternoon. I might buy some peel and stick contact paper to put on the surface of the desk or maybe buy a tablecloth to make it look nicer.

I have booked a pedicure as I haven't had one in months and the weather has been warm enough for sandals at times lately. I need to call up and book a routine dentist and hygienist appointment on Monday as I just got a reminder email.  :)

I know all that KK, and have DDs set up for contributions, but I haven't done anything about rationalising the funds and consolidating the various pensions. Which I really should...

I shifted some money over to my ISA which I had been meaning to do since 6th April.

I checked online and HMRC have now split my tax code over the two spousal pensions which will help with cash flow.

I handed back equipment to my old job. I can now sort my tax code because they had split it over my two jobs even though the old/second job was only an occasional few hours.
I did one gross OAT - I sent my tortoise poop off for a wormcount. I've been trying to get one of his poops since September.
It's the last week of the month now so I will try and be a bit more focussed on OATs.
I think tomorrow I'll put the sofa covers back on the one sofa, but I'll have to try and fix my washing machine before I try washing the covers from the other sofa.
I'll have a think about some other OATs to put on the list.

I did that a few years ago. Tbh, I feel like I cheated as I read some reviews on the companies I had various small pensions with (4 of them I think?) and amalgamated the three into the 4th, which was Aviv@. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be as all pensions, once set up, seem to encourage consolidation of other pensions into their products! 😉

Unfortunately, having got myself organised, I have since had two further employers and two further pensions one of which will only have two months worth of contributions in it …. Aargh! 🙄😂

That’s what happened to me … amalgamated some and then acquired more. So need to do it again as funds (and therefore fees!) have proliferated. Also need to sort out funds for current work pension as the default is performing badly.

However, tomorrow I need to get pots set up and filled in the greenhouse so I know exactly where every veg plant is going. It won’t work if I take them out there, pot them up, and then decide. So pots first - arranged, filled, and then planted. The seed trays arranged, filled, and sown.

    Houseplants need watering too.
