Thanks @cathybird not to worry it is just a regular check up, It was not as bad as I made out she was good at it, well sort of! MD has paid for lunch so I am up to 3 No spend days afterall...I Think I owe a lot to MD! Hi @cathybird I had a NSD on Tuesday as I brought lunch and water from home to the office, and today it will be another NSD!
