It's a collect from store issue apparently, so presumably the codes for confirming receipt are wrong. The parcel was showing as out for delivery at 16:20 yesterday and now showing as 'sender requested return'.
Ebay is suggesting sending out a replacement before receiving the item back....I don't have another one but even if I did I wouldn't take the risk.0 -
I dropped off a couple of orders on Monday. Yesterday got an email from eBay to advise there was issues with Evri. Told me not to send, or if I already had to sit tight.Just got an email from eBay earlier to advise my orders were being sent back and links to new shipping labels.0
