Paid £15 to apply to stay the writ or £313 for an application to have a hearing to set aside the CCJ and stay the Writ?

    Good. It's in, then.

Any more sign of the HCEOs?

  • I’ve only ever had 2 HCEO visits months apart and both mentioned here, but since the application has gone through no visits.

Am I supposed to have something to show the HCEO if they do come because all I have from the court is a payment reference

You have proof of emailing your application AND the fee payment. That's proof.

NEVER LET HCEOs IN THE DOOR.

Prime the household. Make sure nobody gets fooled to let the HCEO into the hallway 'to lean on a table to fill out his form'. Nope. Not over the threshold.

I'd email it to them and tell them to call off the HCEOs immediately.
