You want an Order to stay the High Court writ, not 'writ of stay'.

    Stop changing what we write!

In the further info/reasons box you type what I put above and if there's room add a line saying what your defence will include.

”Notice after entry or taking control of goods (on a highway) and inventory of goods taken into control”
Errr...someone in the household let them in and let them do an inventory?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    So he lied.

When you get back from the court and have paid the £14/£15 fee, please THEN show us those letters as I want to compare those sums of money and wording with what HCEOs are actually allowed to do.

But get that N244 paid for first! And DON'T get talked into paying £303 to set aside a CCJ like you will have read that other poster just did...

Tell the Court staff you are here with an urgent application to STAY A HIGH COURT WRIT and wish to immediately pay the £14 fee because the bailiff called this morning.

    Don't mention CCJ set aside.

DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE N244 IS IN. GET A RECEIPT FOR IT, TO SHOW THE HCEO.

I already typed what to put as the reasons. You've posted so many peripheral questions my words are now on the previous page!  Stop. Just get it done.

We DON'T want to see the CNBC application,

I'm going out now (and so are you). No more questions. Show us the letters tonight.

I’m a little slow today cause of the stress

order to stay the writ because you had already contacted the CNBC to set aside this CCJ in November but they appear to have lost that email, and you have acted promptly and have good prospects of successful defence, so under the Denton principles the CCJ should be set aside when the writ is stayed.

Is this what I put in q10 then

You must hide your car in a garage NOW and make sure nobody in the house lets the HCEO in because they'll come to clamp vehicles that they think are yours first thing tomorrow at 6am or so, or they'll knock and hope they can trick someone to let them in 'to lean on the table to write something' or to 'get some water' hoping to lIst an inventory.

Once let in. they're in. Prime everyone.

This is a dangerous time. You should have asked us earlier. We'd have told you before Xmas to do a N244 to 'stay the writ' (because the sum exceeds £600) and it would have been done months ago, without bailiffs knocking.
