Your time has run out. You can't use post.
You must get the application in tonight to the CNBC and pay the fee first thing at 8.30am.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Sent the email and form yesterday, phoned Northampton today they said go back to Birmingham and submit it there. They also said whoever from Birmingham that sent the letter and form back did it wrongThey told us it’s always done in our local high court and she’s put a note on the claim to tell the other court they told us to go back to Birmingham
Which is the correct email for Birmingham0 -
No it isnt a high court issue as such,
You must phone CNBC back and if they argue with you, you simply state its the staying of a writ which is done via the issuing court, ask to escalate it beyond the call centre staff
in addition for email addresses, these are all on google.
you certainly do not log this at the High court in birmingham
good luck2 -
I did argue with them she said if she was to process it it would take 5 weeks but she’s not the owning court she said birmingham can have it done today
birmingham said they’re aren’t the owning court and CNBC want me to go back to them
when I try explaining this to CNBC they said tell them you want to speak to a manager0 -
Called Birmingham again and the man on the phone said no matter what I say to him if you sent an application via email with a number the court will phone me I marked it as urgent in the email subject and all1

The court asked me to make an appointment
The email reads
The enclosed application should be made in person at the court office with the enforcements team.0 -
Since I’m meeting them in person shall I say anything in particular, shall I mention the breach in Bailiff law?0
