Are you sure those letters came in the same envelope?

The covering letter is about enclosing a Claim Form, not that judgment Notice.
The two pictures you quoted are the same letter just the front and back the claim form I sent seperate before dint come with this and cam as a big envelope pack asking for a defence

    Judgment for claimant in default

So this is about just 3 PCNs and the HCEO has not entered the property but DCB Ltd have added:

    - an unknown amount to take the 'debt' up to £878.83 (no explanation) then

    - interest on that unexplained quantum, and

    - ALL THREE HCEO STAGES £75, £190 AND £495 all added on that letter.

    Total £1651.47

    Wow! Similarities to this case:

Did you try phoning DCB Ltd (RECORDING THE CALL FOR EVIDENCE) and asking why they have added all three fee stages despite the fact (according to this thread) that they are not past ANY of those stages yet? Ask them how much they think you owe now and to explain the breakdown & send you a copy of the missing Notice of Enforcement (Compliance stage) because if it was never served they cannot even add £75 yet.

    Here are the allowed stages:

    https://www.hceoa.org.uk/fees-charges/fees-charges-for-recovering-a-debt

    Did they follow that?

If not, after your case is resolved please strongly consider this:

    "Make a complaint about a bailiff - Form EAC2

Everyone has a statutory right to complain about a certificated bailiffs fitness to hold a certificate.

There is no fee, it only takes a few minutes and you don't even have to go to Court!"

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I didn’t make the call because the court won’t put my papers infront of the judge I tried calling, I’m just waiting for an email to say the HCEO have been called off before I call

    Chase the court by phone.

    Your application is VERY URGENT.

I went to the court they said I needed an appointment they then told me they don’t have anyone working the counter then she said give it to CNBC and it’s an online case

Then I dropped it off in the documents drop off and I couldn’t pay

Still haven’t heard anything on the phone to them currently (for the last hour) on hold
  • 2 hour call just for them to cut off heard the guy speak for a whole 2 seconds sounded really annoyed and out of breath

Going to email them and call again in an hour

I think you need to go down there one morning this week, in opening hours and not leave till your application is confirmed as with a Judge. Did you pay the fee?
