I've adapted a recipe that I found on here (can't find the link at the moment), so IF these are successful will post this evening.

I use a different recipe
12 oz plain flour
14 tbspn water
2 tbspn oil
1 tspn salt
(this is for a plain tortilla type flatbread).
I also add
1 level tspn basil
1 level tspn coriander (powder)
Just mix together and knead for 5 minutes. Leave for half an hour (I put the dough in a plastic bag in the fridge to stop it drying out.
Then divided into 10-12 balls and roll out as thinly as you can.
cook on a hot griddle or in a heavy frying pan (you can use a little oil if you want to).0 -

Hi,
I'm fairly new to this forum and have been massively inspired by all.
I've started to make my way through the bread recipes in the collections and have made a few already (thanks to all those who put them up in the first place!) but I would really like to try making my own wraps and cannot find a recipe for them.
Are they impossible to do at home or are they not cost effective? Is it just cheaper to buy them when they are on offer?
Thanks in advance

Hi Mrs_Domino,
They are very easy and cost effective to make. These threads have some recipes that should help:

I'll add your thread to the first link later to keep the replies together.
