I had a go at making tortillas yesterday, was put off because I dont like messing with food with my hands but this was so easy. Mixed the ingredients up with a spoon and then kneaded a bit and rolled out. I did it all within half an hour. When cooked they were a little stiff, but I layered them with a piece of kitchen roll in between which softened them up. They are now in the freezer, cant wait to get a big freezer so I can make up loads of them and freeze.
