Thanks everyone for the acknowledgements and positive vibes
That list was over 2 days BTW
TODAY
The heating controls have run out of battery. The heating turned on automatically and I woke up too warm! New batteries not working so will buy some more tomorrow. Hope it doesn’t happen again…
My last veggie box for several weeks arrived.
The new bookcase arrived this afternoon, so I spent the morning cleaning, moving books and making space for the bookcase. Then when it came I had to clean it. I’ve moved furniture and books so my back is a little sore. A friend is coming tomorrow to move a table and the smaller bookcase upstairs. Then next week I will be concentrating on moving stuff into the loft to create a creative space to start work.
I’m giving myself 2 weeks to get sorted and moved up there. I think I’ve been scared to restart my creative work in case it isn’t any good anymore. Only one way to find out.. Doing It Anyway…
The bookcase looks really good and is the exact thing I imagined.
Kitchen cleaned
Dishes
Hoovering
I’ve been eating what I have in, so didn’t go out for F&Cs in order to have a NSD. It’s raining anyway. I might have them tomorrow…
I had a glass of wine. I enjoyed it!
I’m making an effort to focus on the positives, so…
—I can walk without pain and joints/back are holding up
—Saved £50 to EF
—A telephone call with a close relative

When I have that fear block I usually try doing something else creative along the same lines but without the need to produce a final result. So draw faces but not the portrait I want to start

Clearly your creativity is working if the bookcase looks just how you envisaged it :)

Yes, that is my plan too thank you @WelshmansDaughter
Thank you. Yes, creativity is working, just need to apply it in the area of my choice now!

All sounding very positive. Glad the bookcase fits the bill. Have a fabulous weekend.

DIa, sounds like your positive vibes are building as your motivation to get stuff done is showing great results! You have worked so hard over the last couple of years to establish a stable and harmonious home life, and i think this will contribute massively towards your creative future. I'm the least creative person you could meet so can't really know how that works except to say that I believe personality traits like creativity are buried in the soul a bit like artists and musicians and it's always lying in wait for the right moment. It's clear you value a creative environment and creating a dedicated, comfortable, calming and inspiring workspace is going to be such a luxury! So release your fears and let it flow 😌

Just catching up with you, sounds like you have been very busy in all aspects of life. I think your creativity will shine through once you have the right space . Do I remember rightly that you were running a creative break later in the year ? Will be good to hear how you get on with the PT as well.
The weather up here is sunny today , I hope it's shining on you as well.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4 -
Lovely list of many positive things 🥂
