I have read the thread and seen the message I guess just tailor the costs to my case also should I wait to send the email until I have the receipt from the court ?

Ring up again and record the call. I told that other poster EXACTLY what to ask.
Do exactly the same and record it.That’s fine I will do. Do you no of a good app that can record calls for iPhone or I could just use my iPad and have my phone on speaker0 -
Is this script ok
1. I'm recording this call and no doubt you are, too. I've applied to stay the Writ. The Judge will have rubber-stamped the application by now and a hearing will be set. Call your HCEO off immediately.2. Show me the a 'Notice of Enforcement' that you reckon was served. When? It wasn't, was it? Doesn't exist, does it? Are you going to pretend there was one?
3. When emailing me your supposed Notice of Enforcement, also explain the EXACT breakdown of why I was told on the phone in 12th March that I had to pay £1512 'because it had gone to the High Court'. Don't make it up. I want a complete breakdown to explain that figure, by email NOW.
4. if I was to pay you today (WHICH I AM NOT BECAUSE I'VE APPLIED TO STAY THE WRIT) you must include in your email a FULL quantum breakdown, with the starting figure being the £616.19 ordered by the court, telling me exactly how much you think you can demand today and why, given you haven't even issued the Compliance stage notice to add the (capped by statute) £75?

So there you have it:
1. A court claim for two PCNs from almost 6 years ago is already massively inflated by 8% interest (a reward for sitting on their hands) and by the 2x £70 fake 'debt recovery fees' and the capped £50 legal fee. With court costs after judgment in January, it took the sum just over the magic £600 floor limit for HCEOs
2. That same court claim is now seeing DCB Ltd demand an eye-watering £1512.38 in the very first letter introducing themselves, despite statutory caps on bailiff enforcement stages saying they could only add £75 (only if they'd issued an Enforcement Notice which they don't seem to have even done):

How is this still happening? Is it just me ... or are these cases breaking bailiff law?
TWO PCNs BEING PURSUED FOR OVER £1500 - MORE THAN TWICE THE LUDICROUSLY INFLATED COURT JUDGMENT!I could just use my iPad and have my phone on speaker.Yes that will work.
Don't record your name or data/claim number or their personal name, if sharing your recording with me to show the Government. Please get the evidence as this will be something to show to your Judge. I hope they are horrified.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The writ should be stayed quickly
In the meantime tell your wife not to open the door to these agents etc until that is confirmed

Yes send them that proof and ask if they will consent to the CCJ being set aside.
AND tell them to call off the HCEOs immediately.
They probably will do both, in my experience - good - and if the Claim Form was delivered to the right address (which IIRC it was) you may want to accept their Draft Order - but show it to us first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Cheers @Coupon-mad I sent that yesterday, received my hearing date for the 2nd May so time to get the defence sorted. I’m guessing this document no means the writ is stayed and I can park vehicles back at my home now1

Yes it does! Send a copy to DCB Legal and DCB Ltd and tell them to wind their necks in but that you look forward to their draft consent Order now that you have proved you were not at home at the time of the Claim that you never saw until it was too late.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
