Unfortunately not I have even tried speaking to the fraud team thinking they would be able to dig a little deeper but they say they can only see the day it came out of the bank

Even so, the Defendant's oral evidence - plus the bank payment evidence - has far more weight than the Claimant's drivel.

In the real world the rest of us have our invoices paid after 30-60 days. And the notion of charging a client £100 for a payment that was ever so slightly delayed is insanity.
