Yipee...just got back from Court and won and have £100 awarded to me. The judge said he is very familiar with the area and that the Claimant has provided an incorrect image of the site and this was enough for him to throw the case out.

Thank you for all the help everyone..I’m glad I didn’t buckle and just pay which is how I felt at times 😊

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background. However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

No representative was sent, but when they sent out the Witness Bundle, they stated they would not be attending.

I received the judgment today, which states that the Claimant was required to pay the costs by 3rd September 2025. However, no payment has been received. Should I contact the Court or the Claimant regarding the payment?
