    As above

    And read what Le Kirk said about the stage you are at

    Stick to the basics and focus on winning the case, it's not about proving that they are deliberately falsifying statements or exhibits   (  it's about you,  not them , let them stew in ignorance with their own errors or weaknesses , until the day of reckoning   )

    @Coupon-mad

    I have removed the part about the signage and kept everything else. Thanks for your help after a full day of pulling the exhibits together and constantly adjusting the WS, I think it’s finally caught up with me

    @Gr1pr thank you for your lengthy and helpful responses  :)

    sorry one more thing should I mention the the cases below or are these more to do with when POFA is not complied with:

    1. Excel Parking Services Ltd v Anthony Smith
    2. Vehicle Control Services Ltd v Ian Edward).
    When referring to the claimant's exhibits, do I need to include them in my own evidence bundle, or can I simply refer to them by saying, for example, Exhibit 1 states?

    Good questions!

    No, you can't use those cases in a case that isn't non-POFA. Remove all that.

    And certainly don't re-exhibit their exhibits. Call them by the exhibit number they gave it which is probably their initials & a number.

    Your exhibits should also be your initials & a number.

    "Similarly, in Car Park Management Services Ltd v Akande (Case No. IK0DP5J30),....."

    Not sure where you copied the above from but you will no doubt be using the following as your exhibit (which does not include an "s" at the end of "Services"):-

    Similarly you will notice there is no middle "e" in Judgment in this context which you stated in several paras.

    The local court hearings email address (Google it, if it's not already cc'd into their WS bundle when they emailed it to you).
