Claim Form Received from UK Car Management Limited

I have received a claim form in my name today, but I was not the driver. Apparently this breach took place on the 05/03/2024 so a year ago. Neither, Its the lawyers acting for the claimant is first, chasing it up, giving them your bank details

Its been Gladstones versus you all along since the claim was issued, the claim form would have said so , second box down on the left
