Well done Bobba!

of my spendaholic-ness? Hope so!
Debt free me only the OP can give you a number but she's not been around for a bit. Hopefully she'll come by soon.
Redsquirrel80 your lunch sounded fab. I need to inject some variety soon.
Jo1972 all I can say is welcome to my last week. Maddening isn't it? All this time paying attention and saving a bomb and then the ball's on the slates in one day!! Did OS thread not inspire you then?
Maz3374 You should be forgiven your fish & chip discretion really but I can't believe you put yourself in harms way re the pensioner bit. I'd be scared they thought I WAS a pensioner (not quite there yet)
bobbadog I can't believe that's all you had for your lunch. I'd have soup and yoghurt while I waited for my lunch. Why is it again that I'm surprised by my girth?
Gosh, get me, chatting to everyone. Here's my lunch today

Ermmmm.............no :undecided
Well, that's actually a lie, I got lots of ideas and lots of good intention but when my alarm goes off in the morning the thought of making lunch and still fancying it when lunchtime comes round is not a good one.
Your lunch sounded yummyDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
i find taking stuff to make up at work sometimes works better than making in advance, still requires some planning though....
that's on the days i don't have fish n chips, of course!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Ta1 Variety is definitely a good idea, I found I was spending because I was bored with what I'd brought in. Tomorrow I've got a bit of leftover moussaka from tonight with some bread, then I think tomorrow night I'll be using some stock and odds and ends of veg to make soup for the next couple of days.
I like your signature, just off to work out what my average is, think I started this on 2nd Jan.... hmmm 85p a day...Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

haha! I'm not small! The soup had pasta bits in it (some new Heinz chili tomato thing) and I finished work at 3:30 for a docs appointment, so stuffed my face earlier than usual at homex
Oooh - my boss just brought me a can of diet coke (as I brought him one last week) so technically up 60p?0 -

Am getting worried about myself. The things I do in the name of saving money. Someone bought a magazine, read it in the lunch room, then binned it. It's one of those gossip £1.50 jobs so I decided I'd get a free read and went to fish it out of the bin. It had teabags on it so I merely ripped the first three pages (soggy teabags) and went about my business. Shameful!
