I so know where you are coming from I've got 2 teenagers and a 10 year old with a massive appetite and I sometimes feel like I'm trying to fill a bottomless pit.

Keep up the good work Louise!

:j Another half a percent rate cut:j New mortgage rate is 1.24% from next month.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

OK I have written out this months overpayment cheque so thats another £540 overpaid:j

Even better is that if I keep up the overpayments, with the new rate cut I could be mortgage free in 52 months which is only 4 years 4 months:T

Doubt the rate will stay low for long but its a nice thought isnt it:rolleyes:

Managed to grab a M shop for £12.50 but they are very thin on the ground at the moment.

    Off to update my signature.

Just keep going and hopefully you'll get pretty close even if you don't manage it. Unless I win the lottery tonight I won't be MF before I'm forty - tomorrow...
