Thank you both.
No update as yet, we're transferring to this new department mid August so it's going to be a while before we figure out what they're doing with our workload etc.
I just hate the not knowing. It's the worst.
But like you say I have done so well and I really do need to break things down into smaller goals.
Today I am going to clean the living room and move the furniture around a bit.Debt Free - 4th June 20254 -
So living room was cleaned, furniture moved and a painting rehung because moving the furniture put it off centre and it was driving me mad!
Today I've been working and done a couple of loads of washing.
Moved the dining room table around so that I can throw the ball down the hall while I'm working for the dogs. It's not exactly how I want it but better suited for keeping them entertained while I'm working.
Just about to finish work then I'll head out on the last big walk of the day.
I've been getting eaten by horse flies so ordered a few bits today to hopefully help with that. I'm gonna look an absolute riot on my walk but I don't care as long as I am no longer a horse fly buffet I'll be happy!
Also restarted my diet app today, really need to get a grip with the bingeing. Totally out of control at the minute and I've used every excuse under the book. Honestly I'm only cheating myself, the way I look and feel right now is making me miserable and only I've got the power to change that.
Easier said than done though.Debt Free - 4th June 20252 -
So had to get more antibiotics for a horsefly bite and on the same day me and little Luna-tic wandered through the grass and encountered some wasps who thanked us for the intrusion by stinging us both.
I got 3 stings on the leg and Luna-tic got 1 to the side of the face, poor wee thing had a wobble for a minute or 2 afterwards. Brought her home and gave her an antihistamine and that sorted her out. She now doesn't want to walk near the spot we were stung, can't really blame her.
Today it is raining - praise be! I'm more than happy with that.
Had to cancel all my paid dog walks over the weekend, no way would I risk having any dogs out in that heat. I'll be a bit more skint than usual but will survive!
Money-wise - mum gave me a big bag of £2 coins she's been saving. I'll get them added to the bank account, need to head to the branch that has the coin machine. There is about £1500 in there! She's just a wee gem so she is.Debt Free - 4th June 20251 -

Thanks both and I know!
I'm gonna get it in the bank this week at some point then get it transferred to an account I don't normally use while I decide how to use it wisely.Debt Free - 4th June 20251
