Filling it in is described in the 12 steps in the defence template thread and possibly in the second post in the newbies sticky thread,  both in announcements,  so please study them

They also tell you to download the N180 DQ pdf document and fill it in and email it to the DQ email address in the 12 steps   ( no actual paperwork involved   )

The auto email response is proof of receipt,  nothing more,  it doesn't mean that your individual case rose to the top of the enormous pile for priority boarding or special treatment  ! , or that a human being has seen it.  They will get around to your case in due course,  only on business days,  then they will notify the claimants lawyers,  who will then add it to their large pile of responses, dealing with them in order , eventually notifying the CNBC and yourself of the intention to proceed.

If you had input the defence on MCOL directly, it woulnt have sped anything up and you wouldn't have received any response, why do you think there is a current enquiry into the system   ?

Its a long,  drawn out process,  understaffed, overwhelmed,  time consuming,  just like the NHS or the postal enquiry. So one word to you , PATIENCE   !
Just received and filled in the N180 DQ form

at the end it says... must sign this form (dur)

    But then has

    [checkbox]  Legal represenative for the

firstm claimment, second, defendant etc etc...

Should I tick both the legal rep box and defendant?
From time to time I find myself needing to write this...

     Your question is easily answered...

Are you completing the form on behalf of anyone?
      Are you 1st Claimant?
      Are you 2nd Claimant?
      Are you 3rd Claimant?
Indeed, are you any sort of Claimant?
     What are you left with?

    thanks that is true :)

    For the avoidance of doubt.

I have ticked the defendant box on the first and last page. I also have also typed my name in the sign this form section. I believe that is it?

Now Email CNBC and CC: DCB Legal

    Correct?

What would be your cause of action?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
