Btw: I understand it's possible to do a counterclaim? Is this winnable and also to actually receive a payout?
Wouldn't mind bleeding this buggers for their pennies!
What would be your cause of action?

MP complaint. Involve local/national Press. Start a Local Facebook page about them. Other similar social media exposure. Gen up and join us here offering advice - start (as I did over 12 years ago) with some of the basic advice (like signposting to newbies thread, suggesting making complaints to landowners, writing to MPs etc) and work your way from there. You'll cause more 'damage' than a few quid costs from their back pocket (or any 'devastation' from a glitter bomb!).

There's more than one way of skinning a pig cat! 😊
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The parking company I had a dispute with, was eventually removed from the site due to bad reviews the business received online, due to enabling them to penalise their customers.

Mentally though, it would be fun & satisfying knowing they've got to clean it up though, right?

Could you pm me the name of the business affected and how to contact them?

There is a Public Consultation coming soon - @nomorecc take note and be ready to respond to it when we post about it - but this time around I strongly suggest we ALSO make efforts to contact badly affected businesses to beg them to also reply to the Consultation.

    I have an update!

Mediation call scheduled for the end of July.

Do I need to fill in the "Delegation of authority to mediate" and send it back?

Only if you want someone to take the call on your behalf but you must supply a phone number upon which you can be contacted and which will accept "number withheld" calls,

So I DO need to supply them some information?

I gave them my e-mail and mobile number in the DQ that I recently sent to them, must I also reply to the mediator at this stage?

    Nope.

Just be ready and make sure your phone won't block calls from withheld numbers.
