Good point. No - remove that bit from your para 6 then.

Why didn't you just get the retail park property agents to cancel this at the time? They always do. We have had several threads about that place. Perhaps too late now but I'd complain anyway so the agents know what CP Plus are doing to shoppers.

    Thanks very much Coupon-mad

I did e-mail them and explained that I had stopped off for a Starbucks but it was 9/9:30 at night and didn't know it was shut, it looked like a drive through but I was mistaken, so ended up parking briefly to decide as was driving was at least an hour at this point so wanted a small pitstop, ended up collecting some food, which is when I say there for 20/25 minutes?

I will e-mail them also, anything in particular you want me to say? Lol

Amended below how does it sound?

    6. Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

    Looks perfect.

I think the message to the retail park is: look at this rip-off court claim (attach an image). I'm a normal honest person. How dare you let your agents sue people? Are you content that this is what is happening to shoppers who dare to visit this retail park? No wonder the high streets are dying. Etc etc

I have completed the defence template in that case!

Ready to be printed and signed.

Just before I do, Where it says

"Link to the two authorities: Chan_Akande"

Do I just replace that line with the link or just add the link underneath?

    But that is the link.

You could add the full URL as a footnote.

It is but if I'm going to print, sign and scan it back in the link is a bit broken...

So will add a link underneath.
