Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Post the names of the single or both names on the top left  ( claimant and lawyers   )

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first,  as well

Please see above - thank you for your help @gr1pr

Forum regular @KeithP will be along later to give you some key dates and actions you'll need to take to get the process of defending this underway. Follow forum advice and you'll likely go down the same path as have over 500 previous posters facing DCB Legal. Nothing to be intimidated about.
THANK YOU AND THANK YOU @KeithP IN ADVANCE!

Study the newbies sticky thread post 2 and also the defence template thread first 2 posts as well,  your draft defence will be based on the defence template by coupon mad,  probably similar to the thread by @Shahib_02 or similar,  only paragraphs 2 & 3 to be changed or adapted

Login to MCOL via the government gateway later this week and complete just the AOS online within the MCOL web page, tomorrow or later will be ok, dont touch anything else on MCOL,  no filling in boxes or the start defence,  logout as soon as the AOS has been done

With an issue date of 28 march your subsequent deadline to email the final defence will be the end of April,  so plenty of time yet

Hopefully when KeithP posts the usual valuable information the fact that the Chan and Akande cases are relevant in view of the PoC statement will be included.

You just have a bog standard DCB Legal Group Nexus claim which is covered by the Template Defence thread including special starting paragraphs with Chan & Akande.

    It is all there already.

    Thanks @Coupon-mad

Ok so.... after reading the thread I have now completed the AOS using the guide... I'm now looking at writing the defence and will report back here shortly.

Claim was issued 28th March - so I believe I've done AOS on 6th day?

Want to get this defended by the end of next week i'm sure with all of your help I'll get it done sooner, will update soon on my defence!

You will be using the Template Defence from its eponymous Announcement?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
