Crazy.
All I did was park in an a retail car park when it was "after hours" and supposed to be closed, with gates left open on a sunday evening (looks like they're never locked tbh) to pickup some dinner!
Was only there about 20-30 mins0 -
In that case I am 99% certain that you will receive a court claim in due course1

Unless I'm mistaken, they have added 'fees' incurred of absolutely zero
(The letter and the email both state £170)1 -
Was originally £60 or £70 "fine" and then after appealed it was rejected (of course) and then was £100 and then because I didn't pay they added £70 and now they're saying it's £170 ....fergie_ said:Unless I'm mistaken, they have added 'fees' incurred of absolutely zero

Are you surprised? That's the path usually followed by DCB Legal and it is easy to see off. It's what you want.nomorecc said:
So you're saying they will issue a court claim?Gr1pr said:Its their move next, not yours, the unstoppable juggernaut is proceeding in the usual manner, as seen in other threads here, scores of them
You could report them to HMRC for possible VAT concerns around the extra charge , then study lots of other threads here, preparing for the inevitable court claim
Have you not read @Umkomaas DCB Legal discontinuances thread yet?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form below
Post the names of the single or both names on the top left ( claimant and lawyers )
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first, as well1 -
You've left Claim No and your password showing in that image.3
