I'm now looking at writing the defence and will report back here shortly.
You will be using the Template Defence from its eponymous Announcement?
I'm still reading it all, very confusing for me, but i'm not sure what you mean ?

The word 'eponymous' explains what he means.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Eponymous means using the same words 'Template Defence ....'.

    Here's a picture for you:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    The DCBL reply (above)

It's so laughable as to what they believe in.

    THEY SAY:
"A reasonable dum can be added for debt collection"

    WHO SAID THAT:
This is famous OSNER scam written into the BPA code of practice. The BPA is NOT regulated, nor is it a law. A simple fabrication

    THE HIGHER AUTHORITY DCBL IGNORE
And that is the Supreme Court (Parking Eye v Beavis)
The court plainly said that the parking charge was set to OPERATE THE SCHEME ......

County court judges know all about the Supreme Court case and most will not allow the FAKE SCAM of £70 being added.
This is why that reply is so laughable.

DCBL will no doubt issue a court claim ... will they win ? doiubtful because they will be taking a scam to court
    Play their silly game.....
See the now famous DCBL DISCONTINUATION THREAD ....
