@ Thriftymissus - Well done as it's really not easy to resist at times <3 The same temptation for me today :o My neighbour asked if I was going to Sains would I pick them up some milk and bread, I have some cash I'm holding for them as they're ill at the moment, so I don't need to spend and recoup ;)
I needed an inspiration to pop to Sains to pick up some FREE flat packed boxes for sending out sold decluttered items in, so it was a win-win. Well, they had a double pack of custard vanillas in the fresh bakery department and I had to really resist as I knew I really didn't need them!  :s :'( I walked out with only the items I went in for and no extras o:):D
On the flip side, I had 2 scratch cards in my Lidl App which gave me 2 FREE sweet treats and a £2 off a £2 spend voucher, so I popped into Lidl on the way back got FREE milk, bread & 2 sweet treats and didn't need to spend a single penny! - That's my kind of NSD shopping :D:D

Oh @Thriftymissus and @Dizzycap most of my money goes on food. Like today, I had to pay for a prescription and I can't remember whether I was going to count that as still not spending... rather than looking up what I'd written previously I went to buy biscuits as well! 🙄
And I hate cooking especially the clearing up after cooking so I buy things that are already processed. Not economic. 😬

I hate food shopping, cooking & washing up! I organise 2 shops each month to make sure the fridge and feeezer are full. I batch cook and freeze homemade dinners in plastic containers for myself and my daxie (babyface) who has serious digestive issues and food allergies :/ I buy 2 loafs of bread and split up into 4 slice portions and freeze, the same goes for milk and cheese. I also bake babyface biscuit treats in a batch cooking session once a fortnight.
All I need to do each morning is get out a frozen container of food for babyface and myself, leave out for an hour before putting in the fridge, and then ding in the microwave when it's dinner time. All I have to wash up is 2 plastic containers, a pet bowl, a knife & fork or spoon, and wipe over the microwave - Job done! :D:D
