CrazyBee787 said:I don't think I am going to reach target this month another spendy day today, and I was thinking this morning how I could make it non spendy, instead I paid for parking, I paid for breakfast bap then I paid for lunch, it is all a bit naff really I should have done a lot better.10 NSDs out of 18 possible NSDs is great!

Don't beat yourself up
It's so very easy to have slips and I remember it being a real struggle the first year of NSDs and I don't think I ever reached a traget but I eventually sat down with my bank statements and ringed every unneccesary spend, totalled it and was disgusted, and that changed my mind set to beginning the month with 5 days of NSDs, a break, 5 more NSDs etc so that I could organise my spending and spending days as best as I could. That's when it got easier as I transferred the money I would have spent into an online savers account and it soon added up, plus I became far more organised with food shopping with zero waste - I only do 2 food shops each month with a tight list, and bulk shopping for household and personal absolute essentials, when needed, which has worked out far cheaper in the long run, so anything I save on shopping, I also put in the online saver account
