There is no waiting. It's a phone call on the dot of 8.30am (otherwise an hour in a queue) to ask what address the CNBC reckon they sent two letters to. Was there a typo or error, etc.

    Apologies for the late reply.

The Defendant called the CNBC today as you mentioned. The reply was the correct information is on the system,  That's where the two items would have been sent.
The Defendant asked why is it not possible to email the form or acknowledge the form being sent. They replied that's a fair point and it would make sense.

The Defendant can raise a dispute with a N244 and a Fee of £313 and it could take ten weeks to go through and maybe not filed in the Defendants favour.

    Thank you for looking.

Yep we know about the fee (unless they qualify for Help With Fees).

There could be a bigger picture here though. I'm wondering if there is a common CNBC issue here with their post:

I completely agree, the defendant has received the same form and having checked the date it claims to reply back before then. Impossible as it was received well after that.
I appreciate a piece of post can go missing, but not two from the same place. The defendant is perplexed as to how you cannot even defend yourself in this situation and has told CNBC this to no avail.
