So they're saying the DQ was posted out to the D on 5th March 2025 with another reminder (a 'general sanctions order' = a final warning) posted to the D on 25th April insisting they send the N180 back...

They haven't at this time as they now have a judgement to deal with, I will ask them to. Although at this point nothing can change what has happened.
I hope this isn't the start of more like this where defendants don't even receive what they should in order to fight the case.

They are aware of the month's procedure to pay and get this taken off.

I have made them aware that a call to CNBC is needed to establish where the DQ and Reminder were sent to.
