Just find an example worked/completed Moorside defence from January.  I recall writing one as an example.

Yes but you are adding in the usual - slightly different - starting paragraphs (and reference to Chan and Akande) as seen in all Moorside cases.

Good afternoon Coupon-mad

I have found and will join together your new Defence template dated 7th Jan with Chan and Akande included (para 3.)
to a Templated defence with added costs etc edited in 24 from para 4 until the end as you have stated, Facts at para 6 and that the Defendant was not driving.

I'll get this typed up and forwarded on. Another SAR request has been delivered this morning to UKCPS.

If the above is all good for you then I will ask them to forward it to CNBC and the Moorside solicitor.
