    Not doing well on no spend days this weekend, daughter partner birthday so treated them to spoons Friday night and meal yesterday.
    should still be able to overpay mortgage and put a bit in holiday fund.
    Just 5 days til new spending allowance kicks in and i can see how much of wages can be saved.

    £6 ish McDonald’s yesterday 
    2x meal, saver
    been good on spends last week so had a bit left over to save this month.
    Really cut going out, spent about £300 on meals over last month and that’s definitely something that can be reduced and it will help the waist line!
    £150 xtra holiday paypal
    £200 daughter bday money
    £200 euros for holiday 
    £90 mortgage ish, will round down to nearest £100
    just see how much interest this month, it’s interesting how it goes down then seems to go up a bit even though you have less money in there and you are on a fixed rate, wonder why

    The fluctuation in the amount of interest charged is probably due to different numbers of days in the month?

    Cleared 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
    Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed

    Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!

    I’m awake at stupid o’clock but luckily it’s a day off tomorrow, sorted all my payments out as it’s payday, hubby’s payday is in couple days so sort rest out then.
    then wait for mortgage payments and put a little more in OP
    have overpaid £500 more this month so balance is nearing a 6 starting number, seemed to drag it’s self to that number and still won’t be there this month.
