Friday and £0 spends from me
Tomorrow will cost though as I’m in London.
mind you the show is free and train tickets as my friend gets pip to take her disabled foster daughter out and her mum was supposed to be helping, I know her daughter well so happy to help and I get a free show as her mum now can’t make it.
    Should be a good day.
then we are meeting up with friends for Sunday roast at local pub so this weekend won’t be £0
however back to work again Monday so aim for £0 spends most of next week

So today was not too bad as my friend treated me as she gets money to take her foster child out and it takes 2 people to supervise.
it was hard work but I think the little girl really enjoyed the show, just had tube tickets and a Greggs sandwich for dinner, hubby treated daughter to breakfast too which was all in the planned spends

    Happy Sunday
just accessed payslip to find pay wrong
After some investigation I can see on ESR that I’m still registered as sick so manager has not filled in or sent necessary paperwork!
    !!!!!!! She’s about a useful as a chocolate teapot!
so she can sort that Monday, however i think i may have been overpaid last month so we shall see, my wages next month should be normal by rights.
I have not got the inclination now to let this bother me!!
    just complicating a complicated problem

anyway on a positive notes. Wages should allow me to overpay a bit, might try and pay up to £100, slightly less allowing for rounding down to nearest whole figure.
    when mortgage made up

So manager is making enquiries so hopefully i will get to the bottom of it, anyway had a good day today, feel I’ve caught up with stuff and can start again, not gonna be looking for new job as I like the flexibility of this one!
    £0 spends today
Definitely work helps reduce my outgoings!
booked holiday yesterday so paying over 4 mths 0%
Have savings to pay it but i might as well get interest on my money.

Good news, manager has sorted it and i should get a little extra popped in bank via supplementary wages on 3rd March and they have taken last months wages into account and deducted what I owed so next month should be back to normal, back to over paying!! Woop woop
not quite £0 today, my cleanser ran out so I hunted for a cheaper alternative to green people one, checked ingredients and no nasties in there so 12 rather than £29
Will start counting £0 spend days next month as started at end of this month so it won’t mean much.
definitely reducing spending being back at work and I’m being very boundary’d about hours and allowing time to follow things up, read zillions of emails etc

No spend today, D is treating me to tea.
good news on pay front, bit more than expected so definitely ok to pit overpayment today and pop a bit of holiday savings away, not sure if they have overpaid, they don’t seem to get it right so I’ll keep couple hundred back in case

So weekly update, i have been really good with my spending but hubby will need new running shoes.
my lazer treatment finishes tomorrow so no more expensive treatments until winter and then it’s minimal upkeep needed.
im still humming and haing about job, bit bored in present job but like the hours. Im not sure i can do 12 more years in this role!
anyway i have an interview in a few weeks but its shift work, however i will do less hours and pick up extras on my terms!
anyway i am doing well and am paying holiday off over 4 months.
the best thing though was my mortgage interest reduced from £154 to £138 which is quite a big chunk of gravy!Hopefully that reduction continues as I overpay

So a bit of an expensive week as I had to get my friend a birthday present this week and i need to sponsor her for her marathon she’s doing, this week is. Bit expensive but as I’ve been fairly good this week I have a bit left of spending money and hoping to have enough for another overpayment this month, also need a bit for holiday savings and pay off holiday early.
Think I might be  able to afford another £45 in mortgage before payday, fingers crossed nothing else comes up
