Morning all! I can finally take a breath after a manic couple of weeks, although it’s SATs next week 😳.
After a 3 day residential with meh food but lots of walking (& not much sleep ) I STS (sounds good but gained the week before). Then yesterday was a beach trip with gorgeous weather so got burnt 🙄. So today’s WI was 1lb loss (2 out of target).
Not sure what next week will bring as I feel under so much pressure to get the chap I work with through SATs, we have to be in a room by ourselves with the Head in the next room ‘observing’ me to make sure I don’t over help! I am dreading it because the chap gets deregulated if I don’t give him the right help. So wish me luck please 😳.
Then there is my hubby! They now want him to go back to the kidney centre because of the amount of infections he’s had! He is going to tell them where to go!! After all the work to put the machine in and everything to do with that as well as the fact this is his treatment not theirs, he is saying he wants to stop all treatment 🥺. I do understand what he’s saying as he has been through the mill & is feeling so unwell he really has no quality of life. But I don’t want to lose him 😢
Sorry to end on a downer 🥺
Enjoy the nice weather ☀️ while its here 🤗Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Afternoon all.
TIE so sorry to read DH is having a rough time, it's upset, constant infections and anger that is speaking, hopefully he will think about what he has said, sending big hugs xx
I gained 1lb this morning but still wasn't enough to get back in target, so shoes to the rescue! She asked me if i was going to lower it, i said no not at the minute with everything going on.
Came home cut the grass , started mower first time, wooohooo, when i stopped to empty the basket i couldn't re start it 😢 had to get dh to do it, but he won't be able too when he's had his surgery , the problem i have is it's my bad shoulder and you can't pull the cord with your left hand, dunno how lefties get on!
I am searching online for samples of incontinence pads, ordered a waterproof mattress protector incase of accidents, if this one fits well i will order another so we have a spare while it's in the wash! what a way to rock on a Saturday afternoon 😂

Aw you have a lot going on @TakeItEazy look after yourself 🥰
I’m a leftie @bubbs and it can be difficult at times 🤣
I gained a wee half pound and as I said in class, I’m OK with that after four days away and it will be gone next week. Secretly though I was slightly miffed 🤣 I thought having no alcohol would at least give me a STS but hey ho, I’m on the case and it will be gone.
I’m going to make a batch of meatballs tomorrow @maman. I usually make and freeze uncooked, why I’ve never cooked them I’ve no idea 🤣🤣0 -
Jelly, boo, it's annoying when you think it would be a maintain.
One of my sister's a leftie, i just thought while i was trying to pull the cord a leftie would have to cross over somehow 🤷♂️Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

Sorry missed your post @Suffolksue well done on the loss. Are the wraps nice? Lots of chat about them in our class yesterday.
I had a wander around a couple of homeward stores looking at bedding. I’d like to refresh the duvet sets - more of a want than need really. Nothing caught my eye but I did buy a V shaped pillow for reading in bed.
DS2 hasn’t prepped a Greek inspired stew for dinner so I’m going to have a baked potato with cheese, cold meat, boiled eggs with salad and pickles. I’m leaving DS and his hangover to make what he wants 😜🙄0 -
Evening all ,
What a gorgeous day! Too hot for a roast that's for sure, we had a lovely chicken salad .
Sue sorry i missed your post too, well done 👏👏
Hope Maman is ok and surely Denise should be back soon 🤔
I made a crustless quiche today, not made one for yonks and yonks, 1 hexa for all of it, ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms in it.
Forgot to take a pic of lunch, was just a free picky plate

Good evening all, we are back from holiday but been a busy afternoon since we got back. I've done 3 loads of washing and got it all hanging on the line - going to leave it out overnight as no rain forecast. Hopefully it'll dry by mid morning and I'll be able to put out another 3 loads to get out on the line and dry before the threatened thunderstorm!
We had a great holiday and we were really lucky with the weather. Seemed to spend a lot of time on buses getting to different places. Wanted to go to Bath but decided it would take too long and a few buses each way!
The holiday definitely wasn't SW friendly but tried to pick sensibly when eating out (every day!) but also too much alcohol. No idea how much I've put on but think it's probably about 5 or 6lb as feel huge! Will weigh in the morning to see what the damage is!
Well done to all the losers and commiserations to all the gainers. We all know what we need to do - it's just a case of doing it!
Can't believe the NHS @bubbs - 3 letters in one day and not the one you want. Glad that DH's scan showed no spread and that the op goes well when it happens.
Sorry to hear about your DH @TakeItEazy. You are going through so much with him and your work. I can understand him saying he doesn't want any more treatment but I'm sure he doesn't really mean it - it's probably from the infections.
Finally back on plan this evening with steak, new potatoes, mushrooms and mixed salad dress with low fat vinegairette.
Back tomorrow with hopefully a good SW day with far less syns than I have been having of late!
