haul Have a lovely holiday @joedenise . You know the score when eating out - do the best you can - and deal with it when you get back
Mother living with us was never my choice - long long story and not for here, Things are getting harder as Ive just had to tell her that her driving days are over........ eggshells againOh me and Mr W, we cant keep a row going to save our lives. We can be very hateful when we do have one for sure, but as I say, the following day , we just cant keep it up. 35 years together, we are in for the long@jellybaby, Im in the same boat re tomorrows weigh in, but it is what it is. At least we know where the gain has come from, we can sort it. Its the weeks where there is a gain and you can put hand on heart that you were on plan that knock me for 6 and get me cross and off to eat a pile of crap
Sorry to hear you arent too good @beanielou , hope you recover soon xx
Food looks lush @Bluegreen143
Well me creaky knees are a bit more then just stiffness, complete agony today , could barely walk, and the dodgy walking has put strain the on ankles so now they ache lol. Seriously something is a tad off with my left leg - tendinitis maybe?? So Im now sitting up on a higher seat and feet up on a footstool ( Im feeling so old lol ) with an ice pack and painkillers. It seems to be helping, I actually made the stairs there not so long ago without too much bother - as in no audible whelps so I hope its going to resolve without needing medical intervention - our hospitals are totally full to the gils, you cant get to see a gp unless you are on deaths door so I think Id get short shift saying Ive got pain in my leg
So weigh in for me first thing. I know Im going to have a gain, Im just hoping its not too bad 99% of my meals have been on plan, but Ive had some sneaky picking, not too bad but more then I would usually get away with, plus I drank my body weight in alcohol between Christmas eve and NYD - Ive now day 2 of Dry January under my belt
Good luck everyone weighing in tomorrow - may the scales be in your favour0 -

Hi all, made class after a rather slippy start. Roads were atrocious this morning!Well done on still being at bottom of target @bubbs. I gained a pound which I’m not ashamed to say I’m happy with. That makes a Christmas total of three pounds which is not a lot considering the amount I’ve eaten!Everyone on SW will be back to basics this week 😁 I had banana and coffee in group then came home and had some toast and jam. Having an early dinner of chilli with rice as off to the cinema tonight (still to decide what to see unless my friend has something in mind). Won’t eat any treats as I wouldn’t pay the prices and my bag is too small to sneak anything in 🤣🤣.
Have a good day everyone!0 -
Evening all & Happy New Year, let’s all have positive thoughts for the coming year 🤞🏻
Thank you Beanie for the new thread 🥰
Back to work on Monday so fresh start food wise! Wish all the crap would disappear! My son is trying to lose weight but all the chocolate about is so tempting for him. I can ignore it but the last of the pringles got me today. Glad they’re gone though.
My digestive issues haven’t been great so hoping a fresh start will help. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Jelly that's fine, we have to live and i enjoyed it until i felt like a hippo, i think i would have put over half a stone on if i wasn't back on plan PDQ.
We had about 8 new starters/ rejoins today, thought it would have been more tbh.
