Back from WI, 1lb on so grace week, not too bad after holiday in Greece followed by a weekend of celebrations. Not weighed in since before holiday.
It seems you can choose between the 3 hex but they are encouraging at least 1 hexa. We will be getting new books before new year.
I hope the SW groups don't go the same way as the WW ones as there are hardly any of them left around here.
There used to be 2 Saturday morning groups here, 8.30 and 10. They had real trouble keeping a consultant and have now dropped to just 8.30 meeting.
B hifi at meeting
L mugshot (1 syn)
D egg bacon chips beans mushroom (syns for chips unless I make my own)

Well done @Wilmaknickersfit, just a pound after a holiday is amazing!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I so envy you as I'm still trying to lose my holiday gain and I've been back since July!🤣 Good luck with getting that pound off this week.
We have masses of SW groups around here, probably too many as none of the ones I've visited are anything like as big as @bubbs' group. My own group is new and consultant has been too busy to really promote it yet. I think she probably gets a block rate for the hall so she does 2 sessions on Tuesday evening and then 1 on Wednesday morning before she has to clear her stuff away so it's costing her nothing more extra than her time.
That's interesting about the HEXs. At the moment, I don't always use my second HEA so will probably stick with what I'm doing but welcome the option for avocado or nuts and extra cheese for some recipes. I don't think I'd use 2 x HEBs often but it would be useful when having an occasional packed lunch.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P)< tomatoes (S), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- LO casserole, same as yesterday (P,S,F)
D- spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S,F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- 00 -
Afternoon all, the morning has disappeared again as been out to Sittingbourne to get my bulk freezer stuff and cupboard stuff. I'd completely run out of chopped tomatoes which I don't think I've ever done before so it's nice to have full freezers and cupboards again.
Am going to have to change the plan I'd sorted for October as DH decided he wanted cauliflower cheese as Lidl had some nice ones for £1.19 so not a bad price compared with other places for the size. He also wanted lamb shanks so that will be one of our Sunday dinners (probably instead of duck so will definitely save me some syns!)
DD1 phoned me on the way home from shopping to tell me that she's gone down with flu yesterday - she spent all day in bed yesterday apart from going to the loo so must be ill. She thought she ought to let me know as she visited us on Sunday. Do hope neither of us catch it. We've both got our flu and covid jabs tomorrow so hopefully we'll be OK.
I quite like the idea of being able to have extra cheese occasionally and avocado. I don't tend to eat nuts or nut butters (can't even stand the smell of peanut butter!). Don't think I'd use 2 HEBs either @maman.
There's a bit about the changes on the SW Blog today so hoping they'll be putting more info on there in December/January.
Today's plan:
B - Weetabix, milk, strawberries, grapes - HEB; HEA2; S; F
L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
D - cottage pie, veg - P; S; F
HEA1 and 2 - milk
HEB - Weetabix
Syns - none planned but may have a lolly again this evening
Have a good day everyone.0 -

Tea savoury mince and veg, if i hadn't of added baked beans to the mince would have been sp!
Also bought myself this choc bar today 5 1/2 syns, not had it yet, doubt i will today but i thought that was good, i like galaxy but never tried these and once it's gone it's gone so not tempted by another couple of squares

Morning all, it's not a bad looking day weatherise so have done a machine load of washing, mainly towels, as will be able to get them out on the line. Weather is looking to be changing by Friday and as we need to go out tomorrow decided to just get it done today. I've yet to hang it out but the machine has finished. Just having a coffee and then I'll go and hang it.
I got round to cutting out the pieces to make a pair of trousers yesterday afternoon so hopefully I can make a start on them this afternoon but that will really depend on how I feel after having my flu and Covid jabs at lunchtime at the local pharmacy - opted for the pharmacy as it's closer than the Dr's and also meant could have both done rather than just the flu one. Would still have needed to go to pharmacy for the Covid one.
Not soon those Flute bars before @bubbs. Let us know what they're like - they look as though they might be a bit like a flake inside a choc coating but that's probably just how I imagine them from the name!
Today's plan:
B - bacon omelette - P (was supposed to be with mushroom but had run out - they're on the list for tomorrow!)
L - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - HEA2; HEB; S
D - sweet and sour chicken, rice - P; S; F ( will make the sauce and just add LO roast chicken pieces for the last couple of minutes to warm through)
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned

Afternoon all,
AWOL due to leaving my IPad at my nieces when babysitting! Strangely, couldn’t log in on my phone but I tried to keep up with the chat.
Weather still awful and weather warnings out for even more rain and wind come Friday. My niece left a lovely M&S dine in meal for me for a couple of nights which was a nice surprise but syns a plenty 🤣 hopefully still within the weekly limit as I don’t use many each day normally.
Dinner tonight is the very exotic beans on toast! DS is out and I just fancy it.0 -
Evening all 😁
My god, we didn't wake up till 8.50!! was wet and miserable anyway, but brightened up later. Jelly i have seen the forecast, looks dreadful, be careful.

I've had a lovely day, sun shining and everything going just right. 👍
Best news was that I went to WI, lost 1lb and back in target range AT LAST!! 😁
Then we went out for lunch, then to the theatre to celebrate BFF's birthday and just got back.
Food has been delicious and 'could have been worse' as far as SW was concerned. I had an aubergine and tomato starter, baked with cheese on the top. Main was cod on a bed of tomatoes, capers, courgettes and garlic. I also had a very small tub of ice cream in the theatre. So 6.5 for the ice cream cream, a small piece of garlic bread and whatever Wednesday wine syns count as! 🤣
I did weigh and go this morning as we had a journey for lunch. I did speak briefly to my consultant and she confirmed that you will be able to double up on HEBs from January. 🤔
Back on plan tomorrow. 😊0 -
