Back from WI, 1lb on so grace week, not too bad after holiday in Greece followed by a weekend of celebrations. Not weighed in since before holiday.

It seems you can choose between the 3 hex but they are encouraging at least 1 hexa. We will be getting new books before new year.

I hope the SW groups don't go the same way as the WW ones as there are hardly any of them left around here.

There used to be 2 Saturday morning groups here, 8.30 and 10. They had real trouble keeping a consultant and have now dropped to just 8.30 meeting.

    B hifi at meeting
    L mugshot (1 syn)
D egg bacon chips beans mushroom (syns for chips unless I make my own)

Well done @Wilmaknickersfit, just a pound after a holiday is amazing!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I so envy you as I'm still trying to lose my holiday gain and I've been back since July!🤣 Good luck with getting that pound off this week.

We have masses of SW groups around here, probably too many as none of the ones I've visited are anything like as big as @bubbs' group. My own group is new and consultant has been too busy to really promote it yet. I think she probably gets a block rate for the hall so she does 2 sessions on Tuesday evening and then 1 on Wednesday morning before she has to clear her stuff away so it's costing her nothing more extra than her time.

That's interesting about the HEXs. At the moment, I don't always use my second HEA so will probably stick with what I'm doing but welcome the option for avocado or nuts and extra cheese for some recipes. I don't think I'd use 2 x HEBs often but it would be useful when having an occasional packed lunch.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P)< tomatoes (S), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- LO casserole, same as yesterday (P,S,F)
D- spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S,F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- 0

Afternoon all, the morning has disappeared again as been out to Sittingbourne to get my bulk freezer stuff and cupboard stuff.  I'd completely run out of chopped tomatoes which I don't think I've ever done before so it's nice to have full freezers and cupboards again.

Am going to have to change the plan I'd sorted for October as DH decided he wanted cauliflower cheese as Lidl had some nice ones for £1.19 so not a bad price compared with other places for the size.  He also wanted lamb shanks so that will be one of our Sunday dinners (probably instead of duck so will definitely save me some syns!)

DD1 phoned me on the way home from shopping to tell me that she's gone down with flu yesterday - she spent all day in bed yesterday apart from going to the loo so must be ill.  She thought she ought to let me know as she visited us on Sunday.  Do hope neither of us catch it.  We've both got our flu and covid jabs tomorrow so hopefully we'll be OK.

I quite like the idea of being able to have extra cheese occasionally and avocado.  I don't tend to eat nuts or nut butters (can't even stand the smell of peanut butter!).  Don't think I'd use 2 HEBs either @maman.

There's a bit about the changes on the SW Blog today so hoping they'll be putting more info on there in December/January.

    Today's plan:

    B - Weetabix, milk, strawberries, grapes - HEB; HEA2; S; F
    L - minced beef hash - P; S; F
    D - cottage pie, veg - P; S; F

    HEA1 and 2 - milk
    HEB - Weetabix
Syns - none planned but may have a lolly again this evening

    Have a good day everyone.

Also loathe peanut butter. The smell, the texture.
