We all had such a laugh, the room was set out beautiful with golden wedding heart plaques and in front were little glass engraved 50 golden wedding etched on them with LED candles in, it looked really effective. They had a big telly with all photos and videos on from 1975 from the wedding, children, grandchildren, special occasions, was really really lovely .

Hope the car passed its MOT @bubbs.🤞🏼

Thanks for posting that @Wilmaknickersfit.  If I'm reading it correctly then a new HEX is to be introduced from January which includes nuts, avocado and some oils.👍🏼 I'm also reading that syns are to be renamed picks or SWIPS. I'm amazed that they paid for a linguistics expert to come up with that!🤣 I expect it will take some of us a long time to get syns out of our heads.

It's a glorious day here too but no washing as I did it all on Saturday.

I redid my freezer inventory yesterday and I really do need to start using up some of the stuff in there. I have two freezers and they're both full so I really must try and be disciplined. I could do with more space for HM ready meals as I find them so convenient especially on night's when I'm going out and we have to eat earlier.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- LO casserole (P,S,F)
    D- veggie chilli (P,S), rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
    Syns-0

Afternoon all, I don't know where the day has gone!  Although I was on the phone for an hour to my sister who has just come back from a holiday to the States to visit a friend.  She's absolutely cream crackered and said they travelled over 2000 miles over the 10 days she was there!

Once I'd finished chatting to my DSis needed to do some shopping.  This was just for the basic stuff from Mr Ts.  Will be going to Sittingbourne tomorrow as want to go to The Food Warehouse and Lidls which are both over there.  I've not done a "proper" shop since we got back from Bulgaria so plenty needed to refill the cupboards and freezers.  Mine are the opposite to yours @maman - I've quote quite a bit of space but haven't got much in the way of ingredients like fish and meat to make meals.

Thanks for posting that info @Wilmaknickersfit.  I read it the same way as you @maman as there will be 3 lists of HEXs including nuts, oils and avocado.   Sounds like it's still going to be 3 HEXs but rather than having 2 HEAs and 1 HEB it will be one of each from the 3 lists.  Hopefully someone will post the lists once they're available!

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon and mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - goat curry, rice - P; S; F (small portions from freezer)
D - cold chicken, chips, beans

    HEA - milk
    HEB - none planned
Syns - none planned but may have a lolly later

    Have a good day everyone.

SWIPS.  To think someone was paid a lot of money to come up with that!
