Good morning all, it's not often I'm the first to post. It must be because @joedenise is away for the weekend!🤣
So pleased that your business is doing well @bubbs but that's an awful lot of work on top of your main job of looking for bargains!😁 Enjoy the party tomorrow, it's not often you and DH get to go out of an evening.
I haven't really decided on dinner tonight yet as will definitely need to buy in more vegetables later as fridge drawer is looking a bit empty. Probably something with chicken but trying not to have Fake KFC as really want to have different meals. I have to try something different.🤔 Well, I have to try something (anything) to get that half pound off!🤣
Today's plan-
B- HEB bap, HEA milk, scrambles eggs, ham (P), tomatoes (S)
L- LO hash with pickles (P,S,F)
D- chicken and veg something??
Syns- weekend wine😋0 -
I’ve had a horrid few days. Best friend’s brother has had a massive stroke and is very, very poorly. A few years younger than me, he’s always been a fitness fanatic and very food aware so everyone is even more shocked at the news. Another reminder to enjoy life and live as if every day is your last.
SW wise, I still feel fat and bloated so no idea what the scales will say tomorrow but I’ll keep plodding along.Hope everyone is well. I need to read back and catch up on all the news.0 -

Yes looking forward to go as they are a lovely couple, she has lost almost 10st 👏👏👏 tbh we are not social bunnies 🤣 prefer cosy at home, because he is a bit deaf as well it;s hard work with back ground noise.

Sorry to hear about your friends brother Jelly. Yes makes us realise that we need to live life to the full.
I'm the world’s worse at remembering names in RL and on here. I remember faces from years back but just don’t expect me to know the name that goes with it so apologies Bubbs, mamam and anyone else I’ve got the wrong name to the wrong story 🤭 I know the stories in my head….just can’t remember the right name to go with them 🥴
I’ve got as far as buying batteries for my scales but not as far as putting them in the machine yet. I don’t think I’ll bother until next weigh day on Thursday,
I’ve been taken out for an early birthday present today. Cinema, pizza, wine followed by fish and chips……I have walked virtually 6 miles over the day and i went to aqua aerobics last night…..so I’ll accept I’ve had a lovely day and pull back before ThursdayJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Morning all,
Happy birthday when it comes @milann 🥳
Managed to get to group and, drum roll, it’s another STS 🤣🤣 I need to get rid of this bloated feeling so will up my water intake this week and see if that helps.
I bought a box of the new apple crumble hi if bars and will try one later with my coffee. I’m not a lover of these bars but thought as everyone else was buying them (some in bulk 😳) I’d give them a go.
Today’s food:
B - banana and coffee in group, hifi bar 3 syns
L - tomato and red pepper soup, fruit salad
D - homemade burgers, roll HEXB, salad, gerkhins, cheese HEXA, burger sauce 4 synsHave a good day everyone.0 -

That's seen off anything you may have gained on holiday @bubbs. Well done!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Have a lovely evening and as she's a SW person there may be some SW friendly food.🤞🏼
Sorry to hear you got STS @Jellybaby. I know how you feel as I've had it for the last 3 weeks.😡 As well as making changes to the menu, I'll join you in increasing the water intake. It has to be worth a try.
I'm having my main meal at lunchtime today as I'm out dancing again this evening. It's a shared buffet and there are usually a few SW friendly foods to nibble on. I'm taking melon so that's a start.😊
Today's plan-

L- lentil soup (P,S), JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
