Forgot to say something new is coming to SW next week, as she mentioned healthy fats and avocados and how likes them, then she mentioned other fats, i said ooooooooo butter 🤣🤣 she said that is not a healthy fat, someone said hexc and she just went you will have to wait and see, so that's a possibility 🤔Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Evening all, came back a little while ago. Our plans for today were scuppered as we found out that Folkestone was no go due to a protest over immigration so no way were we going there. Really annoying as that's where the good fish restaurant is and that's where we were planning to go for lunch. We jumped on a bus to Whitstable instead but couldn't find a decent restaurant so ended up in a fish and chip shop but they did have roast chicken on the menu so I opted for that but then couldn't eat it because it was far too overcooked and dry. I complained about it and they didn't charge me for it, just for my mug of tea - that was a rip off too at £2.20!
Didn't post over the couple of days we were away as the signal is absolute carp at Canterbury - a bit city like that and they've only got 4G coverage. We had better coverage on the buses! It was so slow it was difficult to get on so didn't really bother much.
Enjoy your friend's anniversary party tonight @bubbs. I'm sure you'll enjoy the cake!
Hope there's something SW friendly for you tonight @maman as well as the melon you're taking - that won't be enough for dinner!
I'm doing chilli & rice for dinner tonight so at least that's on plan.
Forgot to say I weighed Thursday morning before we left and I'd lost another 1.2lb. Have probably put all that and more over the couple of days away with eating out and drinking wine. Think I'm going to have to try and keep syns low this week if I'm going to have any chance of losing anything.
Will get back to normal posting from tomorrow.

Been back from holiday a couple of weeks, just got into target range before I went, need to get back to group before I do any more damage. According to my scales I've only put in a pound or two. Will go on Tuesday and report back if there any announcements.
I read your posts most days so thought I'd hop on, will try to contribute more even if only once a week.0 -
I did a post this morning but no idea where it has gone - it seems to have disappeared into the ether!!!
Things are more or less back to normal from today including 3 loads of washing done and hanging on the line. There was virtually no breeze when I pegged it out but there's a little now so hopefully it will be dry soon.
I've been into the motorhome and given that a good hoover round and taken up the washable mats to do sometime this week - but not today - there's enough on the line for the time being!
Food today:
B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - avocado, prawns. LTL mayo; toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - HEA2; HEB; P; S; 4.5
D - roast chicken dinner - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; avocado 3.5; LTL mayo 1
Have a good day everyone.

Good to see you posting again @Wilmaknickersfit and very well done on getting into target range and seemingly just a small gain for a holiday.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I think you're wise to ensure you lose those few lbs ASAP as it's so easy to slide down that slippery slope. When you're back in target, you can decide whether to stick with weekly WI at group, go every 8 weeks or try going it alone.🤔 Whatever you choose, I find posting on here really helps keep me on track.
Well done on the loss @joedenise. It's a shame that you didn't get to go to the fish restaurant you like in Folkestone and even worse that the chicken you found was overcooked.☹️ At least they didn't charge you for the privilege!👍🏼
I love avocado and prawns @joedenise. Wouldn't it be great if @bubbs' hint was true and SW decided to add avocado to Speed food or a HEX choice.😋 I think the best change SW ever made was to add in a second HEA each day.
There were great SW choices available on the buffet last night. I had tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled eggs as well as strawberries and melon. I also had 4 small squares of rye bread spread with Primula and smoked salmon on top. I'm counting 6 which is about average for a slice of rye bread.
I'm feeling a bit slimmer today so 🤞🏼 I might eventually see off that half pound on Wednesday morning. We're out for lunch on Wednesday too so it would make a huge difference if I didn't have to count syns for that meal.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P(, baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- JP (F), cottage cheese, slice of ham (P), salad (S)
D- chicken casserole (P,F,S), cauliflower, cabbage (S)
Syns- cornflour 1, weekend wine😁0 -
I really hope that avocado does become a Speed or HEX choice as love them. Have to say I really think they're worth the syns to have occasionally. Managed to get these YS about a week ago and they were absolutely rock hard so they were really nice and soft today.
Glad you had some SW friendly for last night. Really like Primula and smoked salmon together.
Good luck on shifting that pesky half lb on Wednesday so you don't have to worry about syns for your lunch out.

Evening all,
Hello Wilma 😁 well done on getting in target 👏👏
Lifeline app will have the changes tomorrow she told us last night on our page. She was telling my friend last night at group but she didn't catch everything she said! Maman don't think it will be speed food, i think more liekly there is going to be an "allowance"
Last night was a fantastic evening, it really was lovely, yes there was beige food and cake but i limited myself 🤣i went and got 3 cupcakes for 3 of us on the table and on the way back saw my consultant 🤣 i said not all for me, she said you can have 3 as out the bottom of your target 🤣 but i never i only had 1 😇
Denise, shame you had to cut your break short
Food today
Lunch free
Tea roast pork and loads veg, gravy 4 syns, i tried the yorkshires but used little foil things i did give it a spray but wasn't enough, they did rise, but didn't eat them as didn't fancy eating the foil tin 🤣🤣, little more pratice

Yes @joedenise, I think avocado and prawns are delicious. Our favourite local Italian restaurant used to do a superb starter of a stack of prawns in Marie Rose sauce with a fan of avocado slices around the base on a bed of leaves. I'm sure you and I would choose it every time. 😋
We're off to another Italian that we really like on Wednesday but that's not local. 🤞 I can have whatever I fancy.
Hope you enjoyed the party last night @bubbs. 🤔0 -
Thanks Beanie, how are you?
