Back again and had a quick skim through.  Glad to hear your DH is home @maman and hopefully recovering well.  Well done all the losers, shame about the gain @bubbs but you’re in target which is where we’d all like to be!  I put on nearly half a stone - now to try and shift it before our next holiday at the end of March to North Wales, just hired a caravan rather than taking the motorhome so we’ll have a car to get out and about.

Shopping done and have sorted out what to have over the next couple of days.  Really need to do a freezer inventory to see what we already have.  So today’s plan:

    B - toasted bacon sandwich
L - carrot and lentil soup, slice of wm bread
D - beef stew from freezer, mash, cabbage

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - bread 3.5

Well done on your loss @Coxy11. 👏👏👏

Funnily enough, when @strawb_shortcake asked about the filo pastry yesterday, I thought to myself @bubbs hasn't had a pie for ages. I think I'm right, you make yours with a WW wrap? 🤔

Eating out is always a problem @milann but trying to have some low syn days should offset the extra syns.

How was your holiday @joedenise? You obviously ate and drank well. 😁

We had pasta again tonight as DH wanted something light. It's good to see his appetite picking up. I used a jar of sauce from Lidl, 3.5 syns a jar and I used half. It wasn't as nice as HM but acceptable.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB Weetabix, HEA 1 milk, banana (F)
    L- JP (F), Bolognese sauce (P, S), salad (S)
    D- spaghetti and meatballs (P, S, F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - pasta sauce 1

Enjoyed the holiday but it was definitely cooler than this time last year but still much warmer than here.  I didn’t actually eat that well apart from lunchtimes when I had a salad of some sort.  Evening meals weren’t good as everything was lukewarm,   Most of the gain was definitely alcohol,

Have to say we did get lots of walking every day so that probably helped the gain not to be any bigger!

Shame the food wasn't up to scratch @joedenise.☹️  Big plus that you got in plenty of walking 😁 And you missed the freezing cold weather here. 👍

I'm out for lunch tomorrow with my walking group. It's a carvery so I'll skip the Yorkshire, and try to fill my plate with Speed first to leave minimal room for roast potatoes. I have 30+ syns available so should be OK. 🤞

Yes maman , ww wrap made the pie, i was debating making stew for me witht he meat as dh does not like stew 🙄yet eats casserole 😂 but out of yesterdays joint if i made the pie, there is enough left for tomorrow to have in gravy with veg, as i have dentist at 3.10 that's ideal as i'll put it in the oven before i go.

Also got car repair at 8 in the morning 🙄 could do without that but hey ho, needs to be done!

    Morning all 😊

Annoying about the holiday food @joedenise but good that you were away for the cold snap 🥶 I’m sure you’ll have those extra lbs off in no time 😊

    Enjoy the carvery @maman

A quiet day for me. Going to original WI this evening and DH has a dental check up. We will go together and I’ll drop him off. He’s then getting a train into London for dinner with an ex-work colleague. I’ll meet a friend for dinner before WI and DH and I will meet up around 9:30pm for the drive home.

    Food today:
B - protein bagel thin, scraping of light Philly, apple, 2 satsumas - HEB, part of HEA, S
L - brown rice, pickles, feta - free, S, HEA
D - we are going to an Ember Inn - a quick look at the menu suggests a bulgar wheat and Cous Cous salad might be the best thing on there.
HEA - milk (only having two strong teas/day atm)
    Syns - not sure

    Have a good day all

Morning all, it’s a bright but cold day today.  Have done 2 more loads of washing and out on the line.  Doubt it will dry but hopefully will get the worst of it out and can put some on the aire overnight and the rest I’ll finish off in the tumble dryer.  Got 2 loads done like that yesterday plus a smaller load on the airer which I couldn’t get on the line but that still isn’t completely dry but should be by the time I get the stuff off the line this afternoon.

Completely back on plan since we got back.  I still need to do that freezer inventory so that I can sort out my menu plan and see what I need to buy when we go shopping probably on Thursday.  DH has his stress test (by injection) tomorrow so we’ll be having a brunch about 11 as he’s nil by mouth from midday.  I’ll have to drive the 50 miles home Ashe won’t be allowed to drive for 24 hours - not looking forward to that as hate driving!

    Anyway today’s plan:

B - stuffed mushroom topped with cheese
L - sausage and onion sandwich
    D - chicken traybake, veg

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LF spread 3

Enjoy your carvery lunch @maman.  Hope the car isn’t an expensive repair @bu@bubbs

    Have a good day everyone.
