    Hi all,

Some great meals planned there @strawb_shortcake - I would second jacket potatoes for lunch. Not sure if you have a microwave at work but the frozen ones are only 1 syn and take 6 minutes. I also do a bento box of brown rice, pickles, feta, soy sauce or orzo, red pepper, red onion, feta, and red wine vinegar. Now my mouth is watering!

Glad to hear DH is being discharged today @maman x

    Food today:
B - same as yesterday - 2 poached eggs, ham, baked beans, fried potatoes - P, free
    L - skinny bar - 4
    D - roast gammon, roasties, cauli cheese, broccoli - P, HEA, S
    HEA - milk

We went food shopping and then bottomed out the house, so lots of body magic today. However I have failed again today to have an HEB. Won't have it for the sake of it but what can I have as a standalone HEB (not keen on cooked fruit).

WI tomorrow morning which has come around really quickly. Yikes.

DH is home now. 🥰 It helped being a Sunday that there was plenty of room in the car park so I was able to get close to save him walking too far.

I just skipped the HEB @Coxy11. I remember an arena  manager coming to our group and saying because they're extras they're not essential, especially if you get plenty of fibre and calcium in other things. So a few odd days won't do any harm.

Do you like nuts or dried fruit as they can be a HEB too?🤔

Good to hear DH is home @maman. I had some plain cashews - hoping they are HEB 🤔

Annoying about the gain @bubbs but glad you are bang on target. Wish I was 🤣

Yes @Coxy11, you can have 15 plain cashews for a HEB.👍

It's infuriating to have a gain when you know you've been on plan all week @bubbs but hopefully you'll see the benefits next week. 🤞

Morning all back from holiday last night about 8pm.  We decided to go to Spoons to have something to eat on the way home as nothing indoors other than something like beans on toast using the bread I froze before we went away.

Need to go shopping so will come back later once I decide what to eat today!

Another mixed weekend. I’ve had a couple of lovely walks, some meals on plan. I’ve eaten out but everything was with chips  or anything with rice had chilli spice. I can’t tolerate chilli so had to opt for the chips. I did give half my portion away.
I’ll be happy if I can stay the same this week.
