    Well done bubbs.

@Coxy11. There’s another version which is all tins. Baked beans, tomatoes & carrots.  Of course the pickled onions too.

Coxy, light mayo is 2 syns per tablespoon or at least the Tesco one I use is.

Naughtily had three Jaffa cakes today (in my defence I had a bad day today so it was pure comfort eating…).

B - overnight oats with strawberry & banana
(HEB 40g oats / 3 whole milk as used all my HEA on cheese & 0.5 on maple syrup)

L - small cup leftover butternut & coconut soup with grapes, melon, cheese & pastrami)
    (HEA - 30g cheddar / 1.5 light coconut milk)

    S - 3 McVities Jaffa cakes (6)

D - carbonara (just eggs/cheese, no cream/oil/butter used) with mushrooms & bacon, tenderstem broccoli on the side
(HEA 30g parmesan - ok I didn’t weigh mine but think I grated about 100g between all four of us eating)

TBF not as bad as expected and a total of 11 syns today so still under target despite the Jaffa cakes!

Well done on the BP reading @bubbs. It just goes to show that healthy eating is good for your...health!!🤣

Still on plan here but still feeling fat!🤔☹ All I can do is keep plodding but I'd be happy just to lose a couple of pounds before WI day in a week's time.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fry up (P,F)
L- lentil and veg soup, sardine salad (P,S)
D- sausages, SW chips, baked beans (F), onions, mushrooms (S)
    Syns- BGTY sausages 2

    Hi all,

I did some gardening yesterday and am a bit creaky today. Coupled with a misty day (ie frizzy hair day) I’ve had a day doing jobs around the house. This included sorting a return of a pair of wide legged petite jeans - what was I thinking…! DH and I popped out for coffee and I succumbed to a little nata tart - syns a plenty there but other than that:

    B - fruit n fibre, blueberries, 0% vanilla yog - HEB, S, 1

L - orzo, red onion, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, feta, red wine vinegar, satsumas, apple - free, S, 3, HEA

D - Szechuan pork with noodles - free

    HEA - milk

    Syns - 4 ++

I’ve been mindful of fluid intake this week. I have a 750ml bottle for NAS squash which I’ve kept topped up. Hoping to see a bigger loss next week 🤞🏻

I am pleased to find this forum, I joined SW today.  I've had a weight problem all my life but stopped vaping in 2023, and I've put on three stone which is affecting my mobility.  I look forward to my new allotment giving me exercise, and changing my eating habits!  Good luck everyone!   PS Out of luck with the ice cream machine, can't find it anywhere on the Tesco web site.

Nice find @bubbs. Hello @youth_leader well done for giving up vaping.
@maman having that fat feeling is demoralising I know.
Missed WI last night as OH and I had a day out visiting another small town about an hour away, it is somewhere that we both had connections to in our youth, although not know to one another. Walked over 3 miles pottering in the sunshine and had some yum SW friendly soups for lunch.
Called into the other group here this morning, pleased to have lost 1.5lbs, not had a perfect week on plan, so doubly happy to have made the loss I had put on the App.
Unlikely, but if I can do the same for the next 2 weeks I will be back in range (right at the top).
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)
