We'd be saying well done to anyone else @bubbs for a 2lb loss but it's not really what you wanted or needed.  How much under bottom end are you now?  Would it be worth lowering your target again if you're nearly at the next half stone?  I'd say try and up your syns a bit this week as that can often help with a gain.

Morning all, it's very grey and cloudy this morning but at least it's forecast to be sunny this afternoon.  I've done yet another machine load of washing, mainly towels and tea towels, and hung them out on the line.  There's very little breeze but hopefully they'll dry OK once the sun comes out.

Hope you both enjoyed your wine gums @bubbs and @Jellybaby!  Not something I particularly like.

Planning on making some falafels later as didn't get round to it yesterday.  We'll be having some as free snacks but will also be using some for lunch tomorrow with salad.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger, onions, gherkins, soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - roast pork, roast potatoes, roast carrots, green veg - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - soft pitta
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5

    Morning everyone,

I ended up with a fruit ice-cream lolly last night as I don’t have sweets in the house but going to buy some Percy pigs today 😁

Another glorious day here! I’ve nothing left to was however. I’m taking mother to look for curtains (again, sigh) and there will be at least two coffee breaks along the way. Americanos for me and several comments about why I’m not eating cake (another sigh 🤣).

Ive had bran flakes, yoghurt and berries for breakfast and a ham salad with pickles when I get back. DS is prepping the Greek stew he’s been promising for dinner along with potatoes, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.

Morning all, looks like today is going to be a bit like yesterday weatherise with cloud this morning and brightening up later - supposed to be getting sunny about 1pm which is earlier than yesterday.  It seemed to be warmer in the evening that it did during the day yesterday which seems a bit weird!

DH has a hospital appointment for his shoulder this afternoon, the physio at the Dr's surgery thinks he's got a torn tendon but we'll see what the consultant has to say later.  The pre appointment woman said she thought he'd only be offered an injection as his age is against him for a successful operation!  Talk about saying you're just too old to be operated on!

As we'll be near the garden centre we'll be popping in for our free hot drink and cake (it was DH's birthday this month and they give 2 free cakes as well as the free drinks!).  Will also be popping into Mr Ts as have run out of tonics and I like their own brand one and that branch is the closest one which seems to sell them - our stopped selling their own brand ones a couple of years ago - no idea why!

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - HEA2; HEB; S
L - falafel wrap with HM humous and falafels, salad, tzatziki - P; S; 9 (eek!)
D - no idea as going to DD1s after we've been to the hospital and she's cooking for us (or more likely her partner!)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - SW wrap 7; humous 2

    Have a good day everyone.

Thanks @beanielou.  I'm hopeful that the woman he had to see before the consultant doesn't really know and wanted to prepare him in case the consultant is reluctant to do anything other than injection.

He's also got an appointment next week with a private Orthopaedic consultant so will see what he says as might have a different view!
