Hello
I’ve noted my starting weight on old and new scales and I can’t blame the new ones for the higher number as they were both the same. I managed an overall loss of 4.1lbs last year a very slight improvement on the year befores 4lbs. I consumed more calories on last years plan and I felt better on it so will follow that again after my easing in period and try not to get derailed by holidays and bugs this year.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Hinch- I think many of us can relate to your words in your previous comment. I do hope you find some extra support here to help you.
Food today:
2x boiled eggs and fingers
Jacket potato, cottage cheese and salad
Slow cooker Lemon rice pudding (sml bowl)
Snacks - Thin slice of HM seed cake, grapes and satsumas
I really fancied trying the Parsnip and Apple soup recipe from the recipe collection but DH is busy decorating and I can't stand to do the cooking at present so I'm going to make a rice pud instead as its lovely and fresh tasting and just a case of loading up the slow cooker in moments.. My 8p parsnips will have to wait a bit longer for their day to shine.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

My food today so far has been a homemade low sugar breakfast muffin (absolutely didn't fill me up but full of good cholesterol busting stuff, so must remember to bring something more filling with it to work!), and lunch was wm toast with some sort of high protein/low calorie sausage and butter bean thing I made and froze a while ago.
Tonight we're having sausage and mash, but I'm going to make sure at least half my plate is veg. We've definitely got broccoli and carrots, I'm hoping to find some different bits in the fridge and freezer.Make £2025 in 2025 #18 - £569.66/£2025
