    Good morning,

Weigh in day and 1 lb off for me thanks. I'm happy with that as my weight loss is an ongoing thing rather than a new start.

@[Deleted User] you deserve to be healthy. It doesn't matter what anyone else may seem to think of you. It's also hard to give up bad habits like not chewing enough but if you recognise that the chewing is what you need then maybe try and be more mindful of it, even if it's only one snack at a time. I deliberately buy things that are harder to eat - I like raw carrot chopped up because it takes ages to eat but isn't calorie dense. Sometimes it feels like my teeth need something to do rather than my body being hungry.

Yes that hunger scenario sounds familiar to me,too.  I'm getting better at handling feelings without food but I think it will always be a challenge for me as its ingrained from childhood.

    Food today:

    2x boiled eggs and fingers
Pork chop, carrot & swede mash, boiled potatoes, brusssels and shallot sauce with gravy.

Snacks - Slice of  HM Seed cake with coffee,  satsumas.

Still coughing like mad so I don't want to set myself off doing my chair exercises but I'm looking forward to starting them again so I'm moving more. Its hard to lose weight when you're dependent on losing it through just reducing food rather than activity, too.  I can feel all my joints ceasing up with my arthritis. Glad its supposed to get warmer later this week.  :)

I've never known so many coughs and colds around, Brambling. They seem to just keep revolving and I don't usually catch them as I don't go out too much.

    Food today:

    2x weetabix
Salmon fishcakes with salad and gherkins

Snacks - Slice of HM Seed cake (gone after this  :(  )  Satsumas
