Another STS this week. I’m a bit frustrated as I’ve had to double 2 meds which both can cause weight gain and I’ve been struggling with energy and side effects, however I’m starting to feel
better so plan to increase exercise in the coming week which will help.6 -
So this month I return to calorie counting after my two-month break of doing that and where I weighed the same at the end of February as I did at the beginning of January.
1445 cals - Total for 1 March5 -
Is there a diet that involves eating an entire loaf of bread in an afternoon? Coz if there is then I totally smashed it this week!
So I put on 1 and a half Ibs....but it was warm, crusty home made bread, slathered with butter and blackberry jam. I was in heaven! Not going to berate myself, not the healthiest choice but I choose to enjoy the memory and get back to healthy eating.
Rest of the week was good and Im still keeping up with all my exercise.
Its not wether you fall off the wagon, its wether you get back on it or not!6 -

Good morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed -1.5lbs.
It was a tough week at work with me training two people my current job for two days, then being trained on my new job for a morning, then having a day and a half left to get everything done that needed doing. And it's going to be the same again this week. 🤯
Heyho. Then I have some days off. Thank goodness.
One day at a time.
Hugs to all.

thanks for the weigh in guys 👏👏
Catz I would have joined you that's also my idea of heaven, especially the blackcurrant jam 😋 my favourite and brings back childhood memories when my mum made all the jam, nothing was ever brought, I'm still not fond of plum jam as there seems to be loads of that but oh my her blackcurrant jam 😋😁Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -
