Weigh day + 2lbs please Brambling.Twas a wild weekend ( Monday morning I was up by 4 ). I have just the 1 social event to try and keep under control this week and defiantly no impromptu happenings.Movement was much improved on the week before so I’ll try and keep that up.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

I forgot to post Monday so just popping in to say I gained +1lb. We lost our dog and it was DD2s birthday so i ate more cake than i should have and this week hasn't been much better.
The weather seems to be looking a bit better though and that always helps, second quarter should hopefully go better.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Hinchandrossi hugs. Start by being kinder to yourself. If I was stood in front of you would you say the things to me that you are saying to yourself? Probably not huh? My sister had some counselling and all it did was dredge up the past and make her cry even more. I was offered some but if I told someone our life story they probably wouldn't believe it....Maybe forgive the past you for not being as healthy as you would have liked, draw a line and see where you go from here?
Not only have I managed to remember to weigh myself this morning, I've also remembered to post it. 1 lb off for me please Brambling.
Ds has given me his cold so I had an orange after my lunch. It may not help but I enjoyed the orange. I want another one now because posting about it has reminded me how nice it was. I really need to make an effort to post here more often even if my best healthy eating for the day is chucking some spinach in a pan with my dry fried egg.
