Tonight I am, what my mum described as, Properly Tired. I don't quite know what day of the week it is or whether I'm coming backwards or forwards but im still here😂 Last day of work tomorrow before a day off and then back again for 2 days. I have got some time off next week though which is pullling me through. I did manage a home workout with some weights though which will have contributed to the tiredness. Good job I cancelled the gym membership as I'd never have got there in August if I'm honest.
I've sent another little overpayment today and that 0% ending BT is down to £300. With a week to go to payday I'm not sure how much more I can chip away at it but I'm hoping to try (God loves a tryer!) It's going no matter what come the last day of September so anything I can chuck at it is a Brucie Bonus.
Off to catch up with over diaries before I submit to sleep.LBM Oct 24

Hello there, just had a little catch up and you seem to be doing very well, nice to hear your DH is on board too!
The back to school spend is getting higher and higher every year it's ridiculous, I have 2 x Pairs of pants each for my boyos and thankfully everything is then ticked off! You are chipping off little and often which is a great habit once you get into it, I have a pay rise due in August..drumroll until Friday which is payday. I find the calculators are always wrong too but I also have a SU so I haven't budgeted any different and the extra is going to go into an ES fund as its the only way I will get there at the minute! x

Thank you @Sarahwithlove @rachmac3 both of yours are looking FAB U LOUS too!!
I get a little feeling of elation when I update my figures in my little notes on my phone and on the signature but oddly it doesn't last very long before I'm itching for next month and willing it down further 😂
I remember when i started back in late 2024 and trying to project when i might be this time this year and thinking wow i wish i was there already. And now I'm here i want to be in next year 😂LBM Oct 24

Still Counting - Volbeat
Chosen tonight as I'm still counting my pennies and I'm sure I have more left than I usually do at this time of the month - most peculiar. That's even accounting for the hygienist appointment tomorrow (which is budgeted for out of a different pot) - never mind I'm not complaining, just hanging onto it!
NSD today - next month I must keep a record of these as I do like little personal challenges. Not a huge amount to report other than that - a spendy week next week but this is all allocated cash i have scrimped and saved for and which I just need to transfer over to a regular account. Part of me does think it's a shame I can't chuck that at a CC but the yoofs are looking forward to it, and it'll be memories made and all that.
Today ends my 6 day week and surprisingly I don't feel quite as worn out as the last 2 days. Makes me think the 7 day stint in Nov will be manageable, and let's face it I can't be turning overtime down just yet.
Onwards to pay day next week!LBM Oct 24
