If anyone has sky showcase I highly recommend watching morphs epic adventures. First one was on this morning at 6, another tomorrow and another on Monday. If they are as funny as todays you will have a lovely laugh out loud half hour. So clever, storyline and all the stuff they have used from the human sized world to make their world.
Suzeesu lovely to hear about their win. Vulpix lovely tree. Madam mim sorry to hear about your pain. Chloe lovely photo your human got of you 😻 Hugs to anyone who wants, ive forgotten other things i was going to respond to apologies

Suseesu, how nice to hear of someones good fortune.
Isn't it nice how so many of us are crafters or wanabe crafters. It says something about us all, not sure what but it shows we are all of a similar mind. I suppose that is why we enjoy the company of our people here. DGs and I enjoyed decorating some cookies I had made for his Great Grandma and his other Grandad.
A lovely day yesterday.
All much of the same again today, eating and enjoying the company. I am so grateful to be able to have my family here, even though they all all still coughing away!
Mr V at work tonight and every night now until Christmas day.
DS was Father Christmas at DGS's nursery. DGS didn't recognise him at all. Strange how Father Christmas talks just like his Dad.Since updating my phone I can’t seem to add pictures.

@surprisinglynice I loved you making comfoet food for others and as others said @suzeesu2000 lovely to hear of people winning especially when it helps them out.
Medicines dropped off and another 4 glasses sold, packaged and out and other small bits of packaging.
My cousin mentioned how in writing cards there are so many people who are no longer with us and a reminder to live life as we want.
Hugs to those poorly or caring for others.
I have concluded that even if I have very little it may all end up on the dining table or kitchen sides but would be easier to put away with space in cupboards! And maybe less cupboards so easier to clean!17 -
Abit more packaging out.and lid off a box whixh I now realise I don't have..have a pile of things to ask.dd1 if she wants them.

- Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
- Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
- Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
- Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
- Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Saturday was another bright & sunny day with a high of 10°C, low of 4°C and a light but chilly wind. The neighbours G & A (the ones who had the burst boiler a few weeks ago) knocked on the door & returned all the trugs that we loaned them & also gave us a large tin of biscuits as a thank you ☺️ We had a short chat - although the house is finally dry it is a mess ☹️ The decorating & new carpets etc are a project for the new year. I spent a good deal of time working on the opening post for the 2026 Decluttering Thread + cleared down a few more programmes from the planner. Dinner was mushroom risotto (which we haven’t had in a while) & very tasty it was too 😋 DSis & I watched the final of SCD & I was happy as I picked the winner 😊 Wudupa. Did some more knitting.

Excellent decluttering GrannyKate & well done on sorting bedroom 2 👏 Loved This “It is an Ottoman bed and Sox knows there is a space underneath but can't work out how to get in. Last night he was doing zoomies between rooms for no reason at all. I slept late this morning and he eventually landed on the bed from a flying leap to make sure I was getting up.” ☺️
Wednesday2000, you are very welcome 😊 Good decluttering 👏

Good Morning chums What a fabulous prize to win good luck to them and I hope they get the house of their dreams It's lovely to hear some happy, good news in this world of uncertanty. I bet they are over the moon.
Thank you Mrs SD for all your encouragement over the past year we all know how you keep us motivated and even if we miss a few posts as RL does tend to get in the way we always get back to sorting out our lives.
Yesterday my DD sorted out the conservatory as we use it as a dining room, it goes right across the back of the house and is heated and like an extra room.We will have seven of us sitting down to dinner on Christmas day as all the four lads will be home. She loves Christmas with he lads around and put lights and decorations up everywhere She loves making things and has made the place settings for Thrusdays dinner.
My son-in-law packed as much of the extra clutter out of the way to go to the tip after Boxing Day I think we are getting him on the decluttring wagon as well.
Tomorrow morning DD and I will be on the 7.00 am ferry to the mainland as we are driving up to see my eldest DD and family in Kent.
I shall see my eldest grandson and wife and my youngest great-granddaughter who are over from New York and I have never seen little Daisy in the flesh only on video.
Then we shall move on to visit my eldest granddaughter and her family with their two little girls Erin & Ida with presents to go under their tree. then move on again to pick up DGS Henry and drive back to Portsmouth hopefully to catch the 10.15 PM ferry back to the IoW.
Its going to be a long day but I'm really looking forward to it,today I am making 4 dozen sausage rolls shortly to go with us for the mainland grandchildren Today will be a busy one with packing the car ready to go first thing in the morning
Tuesday morning I have to be in Newport to go to the Lymphodema clinic for my annual check up on my right arm, I think the traffic mabe a it thick,. but afterwards I shall go for a nice hot chocolate in my favourite cafe in the square
Then back home to make another pile of sausage rolls for the four large grandsons who will be waiting to devour them as they come out of the oven
I hope everyone has a very Happy Christmas, and a Peaceful and Healthy New Year. Who knows what 2026 will bring us some great happiness, and for some maybe sadness, but we are all here to help each other no matter what.
Onwards and upwards chums

Afternoon everyone. I haven't posted on here much as I haven't really decluttered anything, apart from a book sold on Ebay last night. I hope they don't expect it in time for Christmas 🎅
We did our last bits of Christmas food shopping yesterday, 5p veggies from Aldi plus a few more bits. Then popped to Sainsbury's to spend our £45 worth of Nectar points. The whole shop came to just over £100 🫨 so ended up paying around £60. We then had to go and give presents to my step dad. That was another hour or so. Came home absolutely shattered, trying to put the food shop away but failing miserably. A lot of it is on the worktops and still in bags. It's very overwhelming. Fridge and freezer are stuffed. I've told DH that we're doing a pantry challenge in the New Year and also no buying unnecessary things. If we do then it's one in one out.
I can't wait to start in full force next year. I feel like my house is going to burst! Is there a new thread started yet to join?
Anyway, thank you to all of you who have posted on here with your motivational posts and thank you @Mrs_Salad_Dodger for your encouragement to us all.
