After 2 days of feeling pretty grotty, today I dealt with DHs cupboard. In all honesty, it wasn’t that bad, just very untidy. So took everything out and gave it a good sort. All back but now tidy and he can easily see what’s where. I have one large sack of recycling but no real declutter of stuff.
Also found a ton of meds that needed dealing with, done that and found them a better home.
Finally went through the herbs and spices box, it’s been on the list for about three weeks! Best bit is that I only need turmeric and garam masala. Everything else is perfectly usable. I did throw six jars away as contents were just solid lumps. Not replacing them as they aren’t things I would ordinarily use.
    Loving the cooler weather too.
Night night all, sleep tight xx

    Morning all!

This is how I feel already for the day..

Maybe ill declutter once I get home after work tonight, this is my last 5.30am/2.30 shift, tomorrow im 6/11.30!

My CC came but it won't allow me to use the app properly, maybe its due to the fact I activated my card yesterday? Seems silly that you cant use the features straight away!

    1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
    2. Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
    3. Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
    4. Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
    5. Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
    6. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed

Thursday continued: the three of us fended for ourselves for tonight’s dinner - DH had the rest of his dansak between 2 slices of bread, DSis had the rest of her special fried rice & spare ribs & I had the rest of my mushroom rice, chicken korma & aloo gobi. Wudupa.

1749 - 1753 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, 2 newspapers, one plastic takeaway container & lid - recycled

    1754 Kitchen detritus - binned
