Oh I love the sound of your Use Up Challenge - is there a separate thread for that or is this just something you challenge yourself to do? 

I'm going to sort my list.

My filing cabinet declutter is done, and a good number of old user guides are on their way to recycling.

I found some party popper hidden on the top of the book shelf and my DDs have decluttered them - I encouraged them to pop them into the bin as they're quite old and I don't want the explosives going to the council incinerator un-popped!

That's all for today, I think.

Been decluttering kitchen drawers and cupboards while we have the builders in fitting a new bathroom, disabled one which will serve us better. Will be decluttering the bathroom “supplies” when the work is finished.

I'm going to sort my list. 

I just started it this month on this thread. I thought it would be a fun diversification from project pan which is make up based. This way you can use up anything you want as you can see, mine is mainly kitchen stuff that’s hung around for too long, packaging that I really want to get rid of and am too stubborn to simply recycle it and bathroom stuff.

Just pick a few items and when you cross one off, add another one to the list. I went for 8 items as more than that would be too much to think about, but a lower number works as well.

Going to list my use up list but will take more than a month
Wrapping foil
Kitchen roll
Refuse bags 
Body creams for specific bits of the body ( must have come with some offer a long time ago as I just go for one type that does anything and hopefully something)
Other little pots of potions and lotions that were part of offers and ageing themselves!

Binned some ancient multivitamins and recycled the pot. They came with us from the last house so no need to take them to another.

Recycled a decorative glass bottle from the kitchen. Also recycled some plastic pots I had been keeping for Justin. Now Mr V has got rid of all his excess foods I am going to empty the pantry cupboard and see what we need to use up. No point in taking it all to a new house, though I suspect some of it came with us from the last house!

Broke and binned my sunglasses. I have others.

All tested out for the DVLA. They will contact me in due course. I am now doing a week of blood pressure readings, it's all gone a bit Pete Tong again.

Mr V has given a massive flight case to the local DJ charity.

I have sold a bird table, kerchinggggg.

Have to go to the solicitors tomorrow, takes ages as it's a 20 mile round trip.

There is a viewing at my Mother's house tomorrow. I am getting twitchy that there isn't a suitable house for us to buy locally.Well there is one. The location is right but the house needs work but if we bought it we couldn't afford to do anything to it.
