@Brie... Great Bennet was rescued by your nephew. I have a feeling we may hear more stories about him as we carry on our journey.
Had nothing to report as heading for an early night and then knocked a large glass over on a tile floor. Cats are outside , hoovered and now recharging it to do again. Things piled up and not really room for the glass..much quicker to have sorted things rather than clear up as glass gets everywhere. Smashed into tiny bits partly on flip-flops. I have 3 pairs and these were strange colour so decided to bin and the bin has gone too..I bought a nice kitchen bin which I didn't take out of the box and when I did kept the old one for cat stuff as new one for ' best'. Cousin did say why 2 bins as the nice bin does have a bin liner and it was meant to go yesterday so 3 glass flip.flops and bin. 953
Need to work on declutterinf tiredness as means I'm more clumsy. And big cat wakes me up at 5.30 at the moment. Off to hoover again.
Take care everyone.17 -

Tuesday was another rainy day, light drizzle from about 11:00 turned to steady rain from 11:30 (high 17°C low 14°C) & then rained on & off all day ☹️ Spent time sorting my accounts. Dinner was chicken fried in butter, boiled potatoes & peas. Wudupa

GrannyKate, excellent work cleaning the oven 👏 Can I ask which type of cloth you used?🙏 as I really need to clean my ovens but never know which cloth to use 😞 Well done on getting so many tasks crossed off your To Do list 👏 I hope it didn’t cost too much to stock up your new freezer 🤞
Excellent work starting on the loft Moorviews 👏 Hopefully as you continue to work in the loft you will find the missing item 🤞Pleased to hear that you had more success when sorting out the wardrobes 👏😊
Excellent decluttering YBR 👏 Very impressed with how much work you have done building up your stock of items for the yard sale, that I am awarding you a Gold Star ⭐️
Liverpool_Anne, very relieved to hear that you are OK 😮💨 Such a dreadful way to end a joyous occasion 😢
Brie, how wonderful of your nephew to give such a good home to Bennet after such a hard start to life 🥹
Excellent decluttering QueenJess 👏 I have been a bit remiss - you reached over 2,000 & I forgot to award a Gold Star ⭐️ - now on its way 😉
TC77, shame about the broken glass ☹️ I know that you have hoovered up a few times but please remember to wear shoes/slippers in future 🙏, as shards of glass have an annoying habit of hiding & reappearing weeks later 😔 Please try to catch up on your sleep 🙏 don’t forget we have sleep pods on the EDT 😉
Off to bed now 😉 sleep tight everyone 😴

A frog dealt with - it was so easy in the end so don't know why I had put it off for so long. Just need to tidy a couple of loose ends now.
More papers gone through and put in recycling or shredding piles.
Today I need to do two email frogs and clear some more papers.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅13 -

A can't remember if I posted, but the last of the bits put on the recycle WhatsApp group have gone, bar a table no-one is interested in.
I've lost count with what's been coming in, other than today's slip up with ikea.
4 very large drinking glasses, 2 large drinking bottles, a cheap dinner plate, side plate, pasta bowl plus cheap cereal bowl has come in.
Last week I needed to use up some Tesco vouchers, so bought a small thermos for the occasional trip.
I may well use it to make the most of the garden with a good book.Decluttering campaign 2023

Wednesday: despite the BH, the wheelie bin was emptied on its usual day 🙂 New bin liner put in. Weather is a bit naff although reasonably warm - high 21°C & low 15°C Very breezy & quite dark although there is no rain forecast. DH has filled the bird finders & zizzed up some scraps for worm food. As the new bike battery arrived yesterday & needed to be charged + it was too wet to sort out, he has taken the opportunity to deal with it today. Success 🥳 New battery attached, fuses returned & bike started up first time 🥳 DH has now put everything back together (practically every job on the GoldWing requires the seat to be taken off 🤔) & has tidied away his tools. Typically just as he finished the weather perked up & we now have some blue sky & bit of sunshine 😉 I had a sudden urge to sort through kitchen cupboards 😂 So have spent the last hour emptying & rearranging the contents of shelves - 2 shelves in the larder (I even have some space 🥳) + all 3 shelves in a double cupboard & have filled the space created with some food items from the dining room wall unit 😉 This led to me rearranging the contents of 3 cubbyholes in the wall unit - one is now full & the other 2 are half full & I can see exactly what I have 😊 Unfortunately not much decluttered just one pot & one glass jar emptied, washed & recycled + one very ood bottle of relish binned. DH made cheesy pasta for dinner 🤤 I wudupa.DH went out for his walk after dinner.
